I got a big jump at the end. The game was good and maybe if it was more longer i think this can becoma a hit

Have you tried running it in administrator mode?
If that doesn't help, maybe whitelisting the .exe file your antivirus software might help.
It doesn't seem to be a Vulkan related issue, since the game does launch for you...
